    so today i woke up and i felt SO tired. i felt like fainting, literally. i went shopping yesterday, and all i had for dinner was some grapes. and i haven't eaten much this past week. my head was all dizzy, and i couldn't wake without my hands and legs shaking. so this morning, instead of fasting, i ate some breakfast. i inteded to eat only a little bit, but i got so hungry, and i was so tired so i ate a whole lot more. 

    then i got scared and wondered how much i weighed now. i put away my scale for a week, and last monday, i was 108 pounds. so i took it out today hoping to see 103 or something, and i was actually 100!!! im so relieved right now. so since i ate a big breakfast this morning, and im not dizzy anymore, ill continue to fast for today and tomorrow. and the rest of next week. (:

    im doing good today, i haven't had anything except 4 slices of apples. i THOUGHT i would've lost some weight, but the scale reads the same number. now it feels like that 4 slices i've eaten are soo much. sometimes i can't take it. i just want to stop, but afterwards, it'll be worse. i'll try to stay on track. i hope i wont give in and eat dinner. 

    oh, and i found out that you shouldn't eat after 6. ur metabolism is slower at night. so stay away from dinner. (: good luck everyone. thanks.
